Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, should there be any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@luxelighthaus.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any order canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If the order has shipped, buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Once the item has been received by our warehouse, we will refund  the original form of payment used when placing your order.
